Ryann Gille
FNP
Ryann Gille is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and preventive primary care. She earned her nursing degree from Tarrant County College in 2009. She spent the next 8 years in labor and delivery work that gave her a deep foundation in women’s health and still shapes how she cares for women today. She completed her master’s degree at Frontier Nursing University in 2018 and moved into primary care, where she has practiced ever since. She chose primary care over a specialty on purpose: she wanted the variety, the wider range of patients, and the freedom to care for the whole person rather than one system in isolation. Ryann is passionate about preventative care, having watched members of her own family live with chronic conditions, she made it her mission to help patients understand their health early enough to manage it well. Her approach starts with addressing the root cause of the issue rather than the symptom, looking first at lifestyle and supplementation and turning to prescription therapy when additional support is needed.
Patients tend to describe her the same way: she listens. Ryann wants to hear what you’re actually experiencing before she says a word about a plan, and she builds that plan with you rather than handing it across the desk. She’s empathetic, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She meets patients where they are instead of where a textbook says they should be. Her goal is that you leave a visit understanding your own health and feeling like a partner in it, not a passenger.
A small-town Texan through and through, Ryann grew up in Godley, just south of Burleson. She and her husband have been married 21 years and have three children, plus two dogs, Max and Bear. Outside the clinic you’ll find her reading, cooking, exercising, hiking, or fishing, anything that gets her outdoors.
