Dr. Radhika Vayani
Dr. Vayani graduated from medical school in 2007 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She stayed in Fort Worth and went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at Plaza Medical Center in 2010.
Dr. Vayani’s special interests include Women’s Health, Preventative Medicine, and Weight Management. She strongly believes that developing healthy lifestyle habits at a young age will allow the human body to remain at its full potential as it ages. She loves to develop strong, long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She attributes her ability to connect with people as her foundation to great physician-patient relationships.
In her free time, Dr. Vayani enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Kristen Crawford
Kristen Crawford M.D. is a board certified internist by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received a B.S. in biology from Mississippi College in 2008, her M.D. from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2012, and completed residency at the University of Mississippi with an emphasis on primary care in 2015. She then began practicing primary care in Jackson, MS and served her state through the Mississippi State Medical Association until 2022 when she moved to Highland Village, TX with her family.
Dr. Josh Richard
Dr. Josh Richard is a born and raised Texan who grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He graduated from Medical School in 2018 at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX where he was trained in Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine (OMM). OMM is a treatment he continues to use in his practice for patients with acute or chronic musculoskeletal problems. He finished his Family Medicine Residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX while also learning Integrative Medicine approaches to improve patient care.
He has completed a Fellowship training as a Non-operative Sports Medicine Physician in Lubbock, TX where he provided medical care and sports coverage for the Texas Tech Red Raider athletes, along providing care and sports coverage for the D2 Lubbock Christian University athletes. In addition, Dr. Richard is trained in Wilderness Medicine, he has completed training in Advanced Wilderness Life Support (AWLS) and teaches Wilderness Medicine and AWLS courses.
Overall, Dr. Richard’s interests and expertise are in the treatment of cardio metabolic disorders, such as obesity, uncontrolled diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. As such, he is skilled in discussing dietary modifications, lifestyle training for patients and incorporating Integrative Medicine approaches to care. With his expertise and knowledge in musculoskeletal care and Sports Medicine care, Dr. Richard does:
- Care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
- Care for acute and chronic nerve problems, such as sciatica, disc herniations, nerve entrapments
- Ultrasound skills for diagnostic and treatment purposes
- Joint injections of steroid, viscosupplementation (ie Euflexxa, Durolane, Hyalgen, etc), and regenerative products, such as Platelet Rich Plasma. He is trained to do injections in shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, and ankles.

Morgan Perks grew up in Monroe, Louisiana. She knew early on that she loved caring for others, so that led her to nursing. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following that she furthered her education and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
Morgan’s special interest include Hormone Replacement Therapy, Cosmetic Injections, preventative health, weight loss, and over all wellness. Morgan takes pride in establishing long-lasting relationships with each and every patient to help them reach their goals and full potential.
In her free time Morgan likes to spend time with her family, exercise, and travel.
Eric enjoys playing disc golf, spending time with his pups, and trying to get a good workout in when possible.
Chet Vayani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Be Well Primary Care. Chet graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from University of Texas at Arlington after which he completed his Master’s in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University. Chet has had a diverse career in technology, finance and business working at large corporations in several roles including in sales leadership. Chet & his wife, Dr. Vayani, founded Be Well in late 2017 with a goal to provide the best primary care services for people in the community. In his current role, Chet is responsible for the growth of Be Well into several communities in DFW with the goal of improving quality of life with a focus on Health and Wellness. Chet and his wife have two kids and a fur baby. Lastly, Chet loves to travel, feel free to stop and say “Hello” if you see him at the airport.
