Annual Visits
The Annual Visits button is for patients looking to schedule routine, preventive care appointments. This includes yearly checkups, wellness exams, and screenings designed to monitor your overall health, catch potential issues early, and keep you on track with recommended preventive care.
Other Visits
The All Other Visits button is for patients who need care outside of a routine checkup. This includes sick visits, prescription refills, follow-ups, and management of chronic conditions. If you have a specific concern, symptoms, or ongoing health needs, this option will connect you with the appropriate care.
A $100 fee applies for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows. (No show policy)
